Commission gives itself more time

The discussion of the block exemption at Tuesday's Motor Law conference made it abundantly clear that there was an awful lot of discussion still to go before the new block exemption, or whatever we get, is going to be ready. Today I read that the Commission is now giving itself until June this year to make a decision - but I still won't be holding my breath!
